A print from Oceanwide Images is a premium piece of Art, produced on Kodak Endura Metallic paper (the copyright symbol, as seen on our website, will not appear on your print).
Fine Art Prints are not printed on a common ink jet or laser printers - the superior look of our prints is achieved using state of the art technology and printing methods. We use a professional print studio which has highly specialized equipment. The resulting prints have incredible detail, color resolution and archival qualities.
We choose to use Endura Metallic Paper because it is a premium photographic paper that gives the print a beautiful luster. This paper is more expensive but the result is superior to standard matt or gloss papers.

Can anyone purchase prints?
Yes, you do not have to be a registered business to place an order. Please see image copyright before placing an order.
Must I register to place an order?
Yes, you will be asked to 'Register' or Look Up your contact details if you have previously registered, once you clidk the Order Prints link.
Registration is free.
How do I place my order?
Add images to your lightbox that you wish to have Prints made from, and click 'Order Prints' from the View Lightbox page, or click 'P' - Order Prints located under the small images and next to the large images. The Print Order Form will appear on your screen asking you to first Register or if previously Registered, you can Look Up your details by providing your Log In details.
Once you have provided us with your contact details, please complete the Print order form further down on the page and Confirm your order by clicking on ‘Proceed’, and then‘Place Order’ on the following page. Your order will be processed and an invoice issued to your email address. Orders are despatched once payment has been made (see details below on how to make payment).
You can check the status of your order at any time from the ‘My Account’ section of the website.
Which images are available as prints?
All images on this site are available as prints. You can browse the website or simply use the ‘Quick Search’ or ‘Category' menu to find the image you want to have printed.
How do I pay for the prints?
You can choose from one of the following methods:
- Direct deposit - Our bank account details will be emailed to you when you place your order.
- Bank cheque (Australian customers only) - Your order will be sent once the cheque has been cleared
- Credit Card payment through PAYPAL (International customers only)- You will receive an email with instructions on how to make payment through PAYPAL when you place your order.

Custom Size Prints:
Custom size prints of your choice are available upon request. To find out the price for a print size not listed above, simply add your chosen image(s) to your lightbox and click the 'Order Prints' button on the lightbox page or 'Order Prints ' linklocated at the upper right of the large image pop-up. Then include the full details of your request, including print(s) sizes, in the 'Further Information' box on the Fine Art Prints Order Form. Remember, you must register, or be logged on, to access this facility.
NB: The copyright symbol on images, as seen on our website, will not appear on your prints.

Additional notes:
- All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST (Australian Goods and Services Tax).
- Click here for a general Currency Conversion.
- Paypal payments will be requested in Australian dollars. Paypal conversion rates from your country currency to Australian dollars may differ by up to 2%.
- The actual print sizes may vary by a few millimeters due to the fact that each print comes with an approximate 5mm white border. The white border is supplied to enable ease of handling when your print is being framed.
Postage:
Prints are supplied un-mounted and are shipped in large cardboard protective tubes. Orders are processed promptly and we usually dispatched within seven days of funds being cleared. However, due to the fact that delays can occur outside of our control, please allow up to two weeks delivery for orders made within Australia, and three weeks delivery for orders made outside Australia.
International (Airmail) - $ 25.00 for up to 5 prints

Prints will be posted by Air Mail. We keep the customs declaration as proof of postage and if you require postal insurance, please request the cost for insurance in the ‘Further Information’ box on the Fine Art Prints Order Form when ordering prints.

Prints will be posted by Australia Post. Prints will be sent registered if over 500g or if under 500g posted by Express Post. If you would like your prints posted by Courier, please provide us with all of your courier account details. |
